General
What areas of Alabama do you serve?
We serve the entire state with team leads based in Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery, Mobile, Auburn and Baldwin County, and we staff projects anywhere in Alabama and across the Southeast.
How fast can I get a quote?
Submit the quote form or call and we reply the same business day. Most recurring commercial quotes are finalized within 48 hours of a walkthrough or video call.
How are your cleaners vetted?
Every cleaner is vetted before their first job and completes a test clean with a team lead before being assigned to a client.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance and will send a certificate of insurance on request.
What contract options do you offer?
We offer a range of contract options to suit your needs, from single visits and short term projects to recurring service agreements with a written scope. We will walk through what fits your facility and budget during the quote.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and make it right at no charge. Your team lead follows up to make sure it does not happen again.
Commercial Cleaning
How is commercial cleaning priced?
Recurring janitorial is priced per visit or per month based on square footage, restroom count, floor types, traffic and frequency. We do a free walkthrough or a video call, then send a written scope and a flat monthly price. No hourly surprises.
Will we get the same cleaners every time?
Yes. Recurring accounts get an assigned crew that learns your building. If someone is out, a vetted backup crew from the same market covers so service never skips.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Most of our commercial work happens evenings, overnight or early morning. We set the schedule around your hours and your alarm and access procedures.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
We bring all cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment. Restroom paper and soap can be supplied by you or by us at cost, whichever you prefer.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation coverage and can send a certificate of insurance naming your company or property manager.
Office Cleaning
How often should an office be cleaned?
Most offices under 5,000 square feet do well with two or three visits per week. Busy offices, medical suites and anything with heavy restroom traffic usually need nightly service. We will recommend a frequency after the walkthrough.
Do you need a key or alarm code?
Most clients give us a key or fob and an alarm code for the crew lead. Access is limited to your assigned crew and team lead, and we sign any access or confidentiality agreement you require.
Can you handle a one time office deep clean?
Yes. We do one time deep cleans before a move in, after a renovation, or to reset an office before starting recurring service.
Post Construction Cleaning
What are the phases of construction cleaning?
Rough clean happens after drywall and major trades to remove debris and dust. Final clean happens before inspection or turnover and covers every surface. A touch up clean follows punch list work, right before the owner or tenant walks in.
How fast can you get a crew on site?
For most Alabama markets we can bid within one business day and staff a crew within a few days. Larger projects get a dedicated crew lead who stays through every phase.
Do you provide certificates of insurance for job sites?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation and will send a COI naming your company and the owner as required.
Hoarding Cleanup
Is hoarding cleanup confidential?
Yes. We never post photos of a client home, we can arrive in unmarked vehicles, and we only discuss the job with the person who hired us or the person they approve.
Do you throw everything away?
No. We set up keep, donate and discard zones and follow your instructions. Crews are trained to look for cash, jewelry, photos, keys and documents and set them aside.
How much does hoarding cleanup cost?
It depends on square footage, the level of clutter, how much has to be hauled away and whether there are biohazards like animal waste. We give a firm quote after a free assessment, in person or by video walkthrough.
How long does a hoarding cleanout take?
Most homes take one to four days with a full crew. Larger or more severe situations are split into phases so the family can make decisions along the way.
Do you handle biohazards?
We handle animal waste, spoiled food and heavy grime as part of the cleanout with proper protective equipment. For crime scene or bloodborne pathogen work we will refer you to a licensed biohazard remediation company.
Apartment & Student Housing Turns
Can you handle a whole student housing turn?
Yes. We plan turn season with your team weeks in advance, scale crews for the window, and assign a lead to your property for the duration so your staff has one point of contact.
How do we know a unit is done?
Every unit gets a photo report of each room when it is finished. If something does not pass your inspection, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Do you work with individual landlords?
Yes. We handle single move out cleans for landlords, investors and realtors across Alabama.
Medical Office Cleaning
Do you remove medical waste?
No. Regulated medical waste and sharps are handled by your licensed medical waste vendor. We handle general trash, recycling and all cleaning and disinfection.
What disinfectants do you use?
EPA registered hospital grade disinfectants, applied with the correct dwell time. If your facility has a required product list, we use yours.
Residential Cleaning
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a door code or lockbox. You will get a text when the crew arrives and when they finish.
Short Term Rental Turnovers
Do you work with our property management software?
Yes. We can pull your cleaning schedule from your PMS or calendar feed so turns are scheduled automatically when reservations book.
