Winter turn

1. Walk the property and count units

Buildings are sequenced around your move out dates, your maintenance crew, and your paint and carpet vendors. Cleaners go into a unit only when it is ready for a final clean.
3. Turn the units with a lead on site
Crews work the schedule building by building. The lead assigned to your property is your one point of contact for the whole turn.
4. Photo proof and punch list
Each finished unit gets a photo report sent to your office. If a unit fails your inspection, we clean it again at no charge.
