1. Walk the property and count units
We walk your floor plans with you, confirm unit and bed counts, and send a written scope with a flat price per floor plan.
2. Build the schedule with your team and vendors
Buildings are sequenced around your move out dates, your maintenance crew, and your paint and carpet vendors. Cleaners enter a unit only when it has been released for final clean.
3. Turn the units with a lead on site
Crews are scaled to the window and work the schedule building by building. Your Montgomery team lead is assigned to the property for the length of the turn and is your one point of contact.
4. Photo proof and punch list
Every finished unit gets a photo report. If a unit does not pass your inspection, we clean it again at no charge before the resident arrives.
