How we run a turn for your property
1. Walk the property and count units
We walk your floor plans with you, confirm unit and bed counts, and send a written scope with a flat price per floor plan.
2. Build the schedule with your team
Buildings are sequenced around your move out dates, your maintenance crew, and your paint and carpet vendors. Cleaners enter a unit only when it has been released for final clean.
3. Turn the units
Crews work the schedule building by building. Your assigned lead is on site every day and is your one point of contact.
4. Photo proof and punch list
Every finished unit gets a photo report. If a unit does not pass your inspection, we come back and fix it at no charge before move in.
